Why do you require consultations for new color and extension clients?

Consultations are beneficial to us both! They ensure that our personalities mesh well, we can communicate clearly, so that I can feel the density and health of your hair, and so on.

All of those factors and more also help me provide an accurate quote for your specific service, as well as maintenance services.

Because my color services are so custom to you and focus on longevity, they are typically lengthier services. It’s super important to me that we are comfortable with each other and on the same page.

If I feel that we’re not the right fit, this is the perfect opportunity to be able to refer you elsewhere; my goal is for you to be happy with your hair, even if it’s not with me!

What is your Schedule?

I am behind the chair Wednesday - Saturday: 8am - 4pm

I respond to all communication during my office day, Tuesday, as well as in the mornings and evenings of my days behind the chair. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for response time.

I do not work or communicate on Sundays & Mondays.

Do you offer virtual consultations?

I do not.

I am a previous client of yours, but it’s been at least year or longer since I’ve received a service from you. Should I book a consultation?

Yes! A lot can change in a years time, and it’s best that we meet up so that I can see and feel your hair in person, and we can create a clear plan for your goals.

I’m a new client and I really need a haircut; but I’m also interested in color. What should I book?

My “New Client Haircut” service slot accounts for extended consultation time, so we can absolutely add on a hair color consultation during that time!

Do you accept walk-ins?

I am appointment only.

Is your suite private?

Aside from my big, beautiful window, yes! We have everything shy of a bathroom located all inside my mini salon. (Don’t worry, the bathroom is only a short walk down the hall!)

Are your products cruelty-free and/or organic?

I utilize as many low-tox products as possible! And, luckily, the majority of hair products on the market today are cruelty free.

I utilize Innersense Organic Beauty for both my styling & color line. You can learn more about their ingredients here!

I am a big believer in mitigating the amount of chemicals we use on our bodies and am always happy to answer any questions you may have about the products + color I utilize!

I have a color service booked; do you have time for a haircut?

Always! Every color service has time allotted for most haircuts. If you’re thinking of a MAJOR style change, just shoot me a text to make sure I have enough time booked.

If I am a new client, do I have to book a consultation before a haircut?

No! Consultations are only required for chemical & extension services. You can book a “New Client Haircut” online here.

How do I find you?

I am located inside IMAGE Studios, suite #126. I am in the window suite directly to the right of the front doors!

How far out do you book for new color/extension services?

Depending on the service being booked and the season, it can range. Weekend availability is typically anywhere from 8-12+ weeks out, whereas week day appointments range from 2-4+ weeks out.

I do not currently offer any evening appointments.
